Jesse is a proud graduate of Florida State University, where he earned his degree in Business Administration and Hospitality in 2011. Since then, he has cultivated a diverse and successful career across hotel management, insurance operations, and now, property claims advocacy.
With extensive experience overseeing luxury hotel operations and leading high-performing insurance call center teams, Jesse ultimately discovered his true passion: helping commercial property owners and homeowners navigate the complex claims process. His mission is to ensure clients receive fair, timely compensation for their property damages.
Leveraging years of expertise in claim investigation, assessment, and negotiation, Jesse provides clients with trusted guidance during some of life’s most challenging moments. Alec McEuen began his career inside the insurance industry as an independent field adjuster representing property insurance carriers. Working complex claims — including those involving public adjusters and attorneys — he gained firsthand insight into how carriers evaluate losses, control costs, negotiate settlements, and strategically manage claims.
That insider experience became the foundation of Claim Defenders.
After transitioning into policyholder representation and training under respected industry mentors, Alec developed a strategic framework built on understanding how insurance companies think — and preparing claims accordingly. He founded Claim Defenders with a clear vision: combine carrier-side knowledge with disciplined advocacy to protect policyholders at every stage of the claims process.
Today, the entire firm operates under that same philosophy. Every workflow, negotiation strategy, and client communication process is grounded in real-world industry experience and designed to anticipate carrier tactics before they arise.
